| 2 | Debre Markos After early breakfast you drive 110 kms north from Addis over the Entoto Mountains passing through the Sululta Plains to the Monastery of Debre Libanos founded in the 13th century and visit ecclesiastical, cultural and historical relics. Later walk across the 16th Century Bridge to a spectacular viewpoint overlooking Jema River gorge. Here you may see gelada monkeys— unique to Ethiopia. Proceed driving to Debremarkos en route, photo stop at the majestic and captivating Blue Nile gorge. Overnight at the Hotel |

3 | Bahir Dar After breakfast we Drive from Debre Markos to Bahir Dar and check in to your hotel. After lunch, city tour in Bahir Dar to visit the panorama view of Bezawit hill top overseeing the Blue Nile River coming out form southern mouth of Lake Tana, the 16th c ruminant church built by the Spanish missionary Pedro Pez. | 4 | Bahir Dar Half day boat excursion to visit the 14th century ancient monasteries of Ura Kidanemihret and Azwa Maryam on Lake Tana. These old monasteries are very impressive and known for their decorated mural paintings from the17th century and also are rich of museums with collections of books from the 14th century, crowns of medieval kings, crosses and more. Afternoon Excursion to the blue Nile waterfalls. Drive 33 Km from Bahir Dar to the village of ‘Tiss Abay’. Up on arrival, walk for about 20 minutes’ to reach the waterfall and proceed driving back to Bahir Dar. Overnight at the Hotel. |
| 5 | Gondor After breakfast Drive from Bahir Dar to Gondar through the wide plains of Fogera grass land where you might see local farmers cultivating their land. | 6 | Axum After breakfast we depart From Gondar we pass over mountain regions of wild beauty, running alongside the National Park of the Simien massif. In the park, many of the mountain peaks exceed 4,000m; the highest is Ras Dejen, at 4,543 meters above sea level. In Axum you will visit the granite Stele/obelisk which weighs 160 tones, Visit the tomb of king Kaleb and Geber Mesekel & the stele park, archeological museum. | 8 | Mekele After breakfast Drive from Axum to Mekele en route visit the temple of Yeha, the ancient monasteries of Wukro Cherkos and Abreha Atesbha. Yeha is historic place decorated with a set of attractive rock-pillars. It is famous for its huge and remarkable temple. This temple is believed to date back to the 5th century BC. Beside the remarkable temple, a church dedicated to Abba Aftse also exists. The church, sharing the same compound with the temple, is rectangular in shape. One can see several engravings of ibex heads on the walls of the church. There are also several beautifully decorated manuscripts. Overnight at the Hotel |
| 9 | Lalibela Via korem we drive to Lallibela through the majestic landscape of Lasta Mountains leading to Lake Ashenge where we will have a break. The whole day is required to cover this distance (360km). The unpaved road climbs several times to heights of about 3,000 meters and descends into valleys where powerful rivers run. The landscape is dry, but visually splendid. En route, we will visit the beautiful rock-hewn church of Genete Mariam before reaching Lalibela. Overnight at the Hotel |

| 10 | Lalibela The marvelous rock-hewn churches of Lalibela are the 8th wonder of the world. Cut out of a solid red volcanic rock, some completely hidden in deep trenches, while others stand in open dug out caves and a complex series of tunnels and narrow passageways connecting the churches. In Lalibela, after an early breakfast we will start to visit with the first group of churches namely Bete Medahenialem,Bete Mariam,Bete Meskel,Bete Golgotha & Bete Danagil.
